eExpress
eExpress is a Travel Center and Convenience Store chain that specializes in quality fuel, food variety, and exceptional customer service in 13 different locations across Oklahoma. eExpress differentiates itself from other travel centers by owning and operating multiple distinct food brands (Cluckey’s, Neptune Sandwiches, MiFaburrito, and American Grill) creating a food court-style experience tailored specifically for travelers. Served as the graphic designer responsible for the visual direction for the company and its family of food brands, crafting everything from eye-catching menus and bold packaging to promotional materials that brought each brand’s personality to life.

Developed promotional graphics for each food brand, displayed across in-store signage, gas pump toppers, and billboards. Also designed product packaging including trucker jugs, and created the large-format welcome graphic featured at the store entrance, ensuring consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
Cluckey’s
Conceptualized and developed the Cluckey’s brand from the ground up, including the creation of a custom chicken mascot and hand-drawn logotype. The 'C' in the logo was uniquely designed to resemble a chicken, adding a playful and memorable element to the brand identity. Inspired by the spirit of truck drivers and aimed at creating a warm, approachable vibe for everyday Oklahomans, the mascot and brand tone were crafted to feel friendly and inviting. Also responsible for designing the full suite of brand assets, including packaging and menu design.

Neptune Sandwiches
Redesigned the brand’s menu to align with updated visual identity, ensuring a cohesive and modern presentation. Edited all sandwiches in Adobe Photoshop to create a clean, consistent, and polished look across the menu. Developed all marketing materials for new product launches, including refreshers and desserts. Also designed employee T-shirts to reflect a more playful and engaging brand personality.
